It should not be possible to order any items that are not in stock. However, on odd occasions, stock levels may be wrong and you will be contacted.
Many of the items are made using natural materials (pearls, semi-precious gemstones etc.) so the item you receive may differ slightly from the picture on the website.

Shipping costs are fixed at £3.95 for all orders under £50 (

Packaging
Most items either come with an organza pouch or a gift box. All items are packaged securely and most items will be posted within a week. Custom-made or altered items may take 2-3 weeks to be posted.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you need to return an item for any reason, please email us with your order/item number within 7 days of receipt and we will email you back with a returns number. We will be happy to make a refund or exchange providing the items are returned in complete and saleable condition within 7 days. Please return the goods in their original packaging. You are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or to send the item with a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. For all returns, except when the item is faulty, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the item to us.
